24/7 Myanmar LanguageHow to understand football odds
In football betting, an "odd" shows how much you get back for every 1 unit you stake. cv55 offers three odds formats — Decimal, Fractional, and Malay/Indo — and you can switch to whichever format you prefer.
Example — if you bet 10,000 Ks at a Decimal odd of 2.50 and win, you receive 25,000 Ks back (including your 10,000 Ks stake). Your profit is 15,000 Ks.
In a parlay (combo) bet, odds are multiplied together, which means bigger potential payouts — that's why many players enjoy it. However, if even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost, so bet with knowledge and careful calculation.
In Asian Handicap betting, a goal advantage (spread) is applied, and you predict whether a team can overcome that spread. Asian Handicap is the most popular betting format among Myanmar football fans.
Bet calculation example
- Team A vs Team B match
- Team A Decimal Odd: 2.20
- Stake amount: 10,000 Ks
- If Team A wins: you receive 22,000 Ks
- Profit: 12,000 Ks
* These figures are for illustration only. Actual odds during live play may differ.
